QA/QC introduction1. Organization of QC: the quality technology inspection department is in charge of implementing QC.2. QC management: we manage our company according to ISO9002 standards and have received ISO quality system certification.3. QC methods: prior inspection, process inspection and final inspection. Regarding process inspection, we have special inspection, self inspection, exchange inspection, patrol inspection, quality checks during every process, every individual employees work standards are examined, every stage of manufacturing is inspected for quality problems.4. Description:This instrument allow for fast, accurate and easy non-destructive analysis of multiple samples at various points on the object by simply pointing and shooting. Results can be displayed as PPM levels of the specific RoHS elements or as a simple pass / fail reading allowing for a very effective RoHS / WEEE screening tool. This analyzer has pre-set factory calibration and without on site calibrations or standards. </br></br> Results can be obtained in typically less than 60 seconds and for each sample a full encrypted set of data is securely stored (including the raw x-ray fluorescence spectrum) on the instrument which can then be downloaded to a PC for further scrutiny (via a serial cable or wireless Bluetooth device). The instrument utilises a miniaturised low power X-ray tube and thus avoids many regulatory issues associated with previous models utilising radioactive sources. </br></br> This instrument allows efficient screening of product ranges for RoHS compliance. It performs well with a wide variety of materials from plastics through to metallic objects, including soldered materials, able to screen for the presence of lead, for example, within a few seconds, and down to low level (10ppm for 3mm thick plastics and 0.01% for alloys, 10 - 100 times lower than the RoHS limits). The Excel file shows a typical analysis of lead and lead free solder (the output from the instrument is shown as well as the actual XRF spectrum) and a multi-element plastic reference sample. A list of LOD is also attached for plastics.
